This KitchenAid 30 inch vent hood KVWB400D includes a 3-speed fan control, which makes it easy to select and adjust fan speed, depending on your ventilation needs. The perimeter ventilation system is a premium feature that promotes efficiency by pulling air from the edges of the hood and allows it to handle up to a 65K total output with a 400 CFM motor. The perimeter design also allows the hood to operate quietly, even at higher speeds. The 400 CFM blower allows you to install this vent hood over any KitchenAid regular 36 inch range or cooktop, and some commercial-style cooking surfaces with outputs up to 65K BTU.
