This Jenn-Air® downdraft vent hood features a powerful 600 CFM blower and a variable-speed exhaust fan that work together to minimize cooking odors. The flexible placement of the reversible motor box allows for greater installation options in an island configuration, such as adding an electric oven under your cooktop. (Some installation configurations require more than the standard 25-inch deep counter top. See installation instructions for complete details.)
- 600 CFM high-performance blower pulls air away from the cooking surface, taking smoke, steam and odors with it.
- The vent rises a full 14 inches, so it's far enough above the cooktop to capture steam from tall stockpots and other cookware.
- Reversible motor box has a flexible hinge system and wiring that allows the motor box to be reversed to sit on the back side of the vent.
- Premium, dishwasher-safe filters draw steam, grease, and odors through the hood to keep the air in your kitchen clean.
