The cooktop has four sealed gas burners with continuous cast-iron grates that can handle anything from simmer (5000 BTU) to searing (16,000 BTU). The Vari-Broil 1400W Element lets you configure between Hi/Lo settings and the Even Bake System features a powerful 18,000 BTU element.
