Frame manufactured using mixed hardwoods and multi-ply furniture-grade plywood & OSB for shaped parts.
All critical stress points are blocked & secured with staples.
The seating system is assembled using only heavy-duty, 8-guage No Sag sinuous steel wire seat springs on 5'' centers.
Each spring is connected using seat clips and 16-guage border wire providing uniform support and added strength.
Seat cushions are made with 1.8 density polyurethane foam cushion core with a polyester fiber wrap for maximum long lasting comfort and durability.
