Will has over 30 years of experience in the retail industry, including serving as CEO and President of Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, and executive level and senior leadership roles at Sears Holdings, Things Remembered, and OfficeMax. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Richmond.

Ron has over 20 years of FP&A experience working for retail organizations. Prior experience at Limited Brands, DSW Inc., and Ascena Retail Group. Ron began his career with Arthur Andersen LLP’s audit practice. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from John Carroll University.

Mike has over 25 years’ experience in the retail industry. Prior experience includes senior leadership and executive level roles at Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, OfficeMax, PetSmart, and Things Remembered. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Akron.

Jim has over 39 years’ experience in the retail industry. Prior experience includes executive level and senior leadership roles at GAP, Williams-Sonoma, Restoration Hardware, Harbor Freight Tools, J Crew, and ToysRUs.com. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Francisco State University.

Keshia has over 20 years’ experience in the legal profession. She began her career as a paralegal and ultimately became a licensed attorney. Prior roles include General Counsel for Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, and eight years’ experience as an Associate Attorney focusing on complex and commercial litigation. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sam Houston State University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Texas Southern University.

Lauren started her career with American Freight 20 years ago as a sales associate and quickly moved to the merchandising organization, where she held numerous roles of increasing responsibility, culminating with her appointment as Head of Merchandising in 2010. She has a Business Administration degree from Ohio Valley College of Technology.

Lauri has over 12 years of experience in eCommerce and Information Technology. Prior experience includes leading IT, Marketing and eCommerce for Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores. She has a BA degree in Business Administration and an LLB degree in Law from The Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya. She has an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

John has over 30 years’ experience in media, technology, and retail. Prior experience includes head of marketing for Harbor Freight Tools and Managing Director with Patriarch Partners, a private equity firm. He has a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and MBA, both from The University of Alabama.

Philip has over 25 years’ experience in the Human Resources field. Prior experience includes Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Tweeter Home Entertainment Group and Macy’s/Federated Stores. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Texas A&M University.

Amy has over 18 years of experience in the retail industry with prior experience at The Limited and L Brands. Amy began her career with PwC LLP’s audit practice. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from The Ohio State University.

Sue has over 30 years of retail experience in merchandising, inventory, marketing, operations, and supply chain. Prior experience includes executive level roles at Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Sears Holdings, and Frank’s Nursery & Crafts.  She is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program.

Jon has over 25 years of retail experience in franchise development, real estate, finance, and operations with Sears Hometown and Outlet stores, Sears Holdings and Johnson Oil Company.  He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and MBA in Finance, both from Indiana University.

Joe has over 38 years of experience in the retail industry. Prior experience includes executive leadership roles in store operations at Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, and Sears Holdings.

Karl began his retail career 12 years ago as a warehouse associate for American Freight, starting a rapid progression through the organization in roles of increasingly expanded responsibility in store operations. This culminated with the promotion to President of Sales in 2019.
