Joy/Chris showed me the BEST Customer service ever after the couch I originally wanted wouldn't fit in my apartments elevator. I went back, chose what else I wanted & Chris was AWESOME with this whole process & Joy was extremely helpful then & before when I came in. I like to thank the delivery guys as well.
