•All Frames are built from national hard pine using an optimizer to elimainate knots along the frame.
•All joints are made use C&C router to insure a tight fit and all corners and high stress points.
•All joints are glued, corner blocked and screwed into place.
•Furniture grade OS Board or 5 ply-plywood is used on all sides, backs, and inside arms where required.
•Staples are also used at all glue joints.
•All sharp corners are sanded to help soften foam padding and fabric tailoring.
Seating Support
•All seating uses 8 gauge heavy duty no sag sinuous springs at 5 inches from center spacing with double no sag seat ends.
•We use heavy duty seat clips hand hammered and applied to Mexican National hard pine.
•All no sag springs are connected with 16 gauge boarder wire and side tied for uniform seat distribution.
